What is TicNote Subscription
TicNote Subscription is a built-in project that every user gets by default in CodeBanana. You do not need to create or configure it manually. It is always available from day one and is designed to help you connect TicNote Pods, record meetings, and receive AI-generated summaries and transcripts automatically. Its core experience combines:- A built-in Team Agent
- A Discussion space for device connection and recording
- A Recordings workspace for storing summaries and transcripts
Where to Find It
You can find TicNote Subscription directly in your chat or project list. Important notes:- Look for the project named TicNote Subscription
- Make sure you are the Owner of that project
- Only the TicNote Subscription project that you own can bind to your device and manage your recordings
- You can also invite other members into your TicNote Subscription project for shared collaboration
What Team Agent Can Do
TicNote Subscription includes a built-in Team Agent that is ready to use immediately. The Team Agent can:- Answer questions about TicNote features
- Help you understand hardware and subscription options
- List your recordings
- Open summaries and transcripts
- Rename or delete recording files
- Help manage your TicNote-related content inside the project
Typical Questions
You can ask the Team Agent about:- TicNote software features, such as AI summary, transcription, translation, podcast generation, and research workflows
- TicNote hardware, including Card, Lite, and Pods
- Subscription plans and pricing
- API Skill installation and integrations
- Connecting TicNote Pods with CodeBanana
Recording Management
The Team Agent can also help you manage files in the Recordings folder. Examples:- “What recordings do I have?”
- “Show me yesterday’s summary”
- “Open the transcript for the latest meeting”
- “Rename this recording”
- “Delete last week’s meeting recording”
Recording in Discussion
The Discussion tab acts as the control center for TicNote recording. Here you can:- Connect TicNote Pods
- Start and stop recording
- Check sync status
- Receive AI-generated summaries after recording ends
Recording Flow
Connect a device
When no device is connected, the Discussion view shows a device connection area.- Click Connect Device
- Scan for TicNote Pods
- Connect over BLE / Bluetooth
Connected state and file sync
After connection:- The connected device name is displayed
- Online status is shown
- A Start Recording button becomes available
- Existing recording files on the device begin syncing automatically
Sync behavior
- You can start recording before all historical files finish syncing
- Recording takes priority over file sync
- File sync pauses automatically while recording is in progress
- Sync resumes automatically after recording upload is complete
Recording state
While recording:- The device remains visible in Discussion
- A Stop Recording button is shown
- Recording continues in the background
- Historical sync stays paused until the recording finishes
Upload and AI summary
After recording stops:- The current recording is uploaded automatically
- Paused sync resumes
- AI generates:
- A meeting summary
- A full transcript
Recording File Structure
Every recording automatically creates a subfolder inside the Recordings directory. The structure looks like this:What each file contains
- summary — key decisions, highlights, and action items
- transcript — full transcription of the recording
Built-in TicNote Knowledge
The Team Agent inside TicNote Subscription includes built-in knowledge about TicNote products and services. It can answer questions about:- Software features
- Hardware devices
- Subscription plans
- Integration methods
